Join us on June 8th for a special World Oceans Day dinner that celebrates the sea — and helps protect it. We’re teaming up with PhycoHealth and Jervis Bay Mussels for a one-night-only feast; featuring Jervis Bay mussels, creste di gallo with vodka sugo, cavolo nero, and sustainably sourced local market fish, alongside charred ciabatta with PhycoHealth seaweed garlic butter.

Each $40 ticket includes a complimentary drink, and every dollar of profit goes directly to the Australian Marine Conservation Society.
