The Viking Long Lunch has become a feature of the Viking Festival June long weekend and provides a great opportunity to relax with family or friends eating great food overlooking the picturesque Sussex Inlet.

The Swordfish Long Lunch features local Sussex Inlet produce.

Menu for 2025

On arrival enjoy a glass of champagne served with canapés 
Then once your seated at your table 
Enjoy an amazing antipasto platter with a selection of cheeses, olives and charcuterie with freshly baked baguettes from Sussex Sourdough. 

Your main course offers you three shared mains - slowed cooked pork knuckle, roasted chicken with stuffing and wagu beef sausages. Served with a selection  of seasonal roasted vegetables from the Sussex Greenhouse.

Finish your long lunch with an amazing desert of crème brûlée or caramel cheesecake both served with local Sussex Inlet Strawberries.

$150 per head or $1200 per table of 8 served with 4 wine or beer tokens

$120 per head served with 2 soft drink tokens

Includes Viking Festival Entry on Saturday
