Iain Smart joined the Bangalay team in 2023 after an international career in French/Mediterranean style restaurants. His last role in London was as Sous Chef at Michelin starred Chez Bruce. After opening a successful neighbourhood cafe in Petersham, Sydney, he moved with his family to Far Meadow on the NSW South Coast. 

Join Bangalay every Thursday evening for a special culinary experience featuring Iain Smart – a showcase of creativity and flavour. Each week, Iain will curate a unique three-course set menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients, innovation, and his personal style.
